By using Haatchy you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Haatchy provides marketplace discovery and ordering, business/POS management, delivery, and field-sales services. Merchants remain responsible for listings, prices, availability, quality, tax, and staff permissions unless Haatchy is expressly identified as the seller.

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use location honestly during active work, and avoid unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. Order acceptance, cancellation, returns, refunds, and delivery remain subject to merchant confirmation and applicable law.
